Opportunities are challenges that require courage because they force us to leave our comfort zones. Hell yeah that can be scary, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the chance.

We miss out on so many opportunities because we believe we aren’t prepared for them. We think we don’t have the knowledge or experience to do it, so we let the opportunity pass us by. But we are so much smarter and more prepared than we give ourselves credit for. We are just too scared and afraid of failing that we don’t even attempt to try. Well let me fill you in on a little secret… you’ll never be 100% ready for anything, but that doesn’t mean you can’t or shouldn’t do it.

Stop making excuses for why it can’t happen and change the script to one that can. Get out of your own goddamn way. This is probably one of my biggest pet peeves, watching people sit back and settle for less than their best. You’ve only got one life and you won’t get unlimited chances. So if you want to live your dreams and get what you want, it’s time to stop letting opportunities pass you by. If you ask me, there’s nothing worse than regretting the opportunities you didn’t seize.

What’s the worst that can happen? Maybe you’re not successful the first time… but one thing is for sure- you’ll learn, grow, and develop from the experience. You’ll get stronger and smarter for the next time. There is no such thing as failure unless you don’t try… because if you don’t try, then you’ve already failed.

So what are you waiting for??

You will never know if you can succeed unless you try and push your boundaries.
